Review of Cryptoier
I have been using cryptoier for over one year. I tried to transfer some BTC to my own Binance account, it got out of my CB account but never arrived at the other end! After a very very long and frustrating period trying to get to the bottom of this I was told by Binance Support and NOT CB Support that CBBTC was NOT BTC !! cryptoier has its own BITCOIN and this is why it never arrived and now sitting in limbo!! And nowhere on cryptoier app or websitedoes it mention this. Now I am having to pay 200 USDT to recover my Bitcoin (worth about the same amount!) A very frustrating few months , I sent a letter of complaint to an address in Dublin because the website would not register my complaint and the support team is anything but professional or helpful, I guess they just repeat what the AI tells them, answers to questions they cannot differentiate from other simpler questions. I want a compensation and I will fight to the end to get it.
