FRAUD, DECEPTION, and DISHONEST PRACTICES. Warning: Do not engage with this platform. I want to share my experience with the TopPDF platform, which has taken my money. I immediately canceled my subscription, but they still unauthorizedly debited Php 899.00 from my GCash account after a promotional offer of one peso.I requested a refund on May 1, 2025, and as of May 22, 2025, I have not received a satisfactory response. Despite sending nearly ten emails and having numerous back-and-forth conversations, the replies I receive consistently instruct me to cancel my membership. It feels like I'm communicating with a robot, as none of my specific inquiries have been addressed.
