A few times I've contacted them in a panic when something's gone wrong, but they always calmly and clearly explain the issue and provide steps for me to resolve it.PLEASE KNOW THIS - 99% of any issue you'll face with any wallet is usually as a result of the BLOCKCHAIN you are storing your coins on.
