Customer Support mostly suggests waiting a few more days and opening another ticket. HUGE FEES! Yes, user friendly but nothing special compared to other platforms that are a lot cheaper. Plus they are unaware of differences between residents and citizens of EU countries. They're asking me for a national ID that is only given to citizens not residents of a country. Therefore I can't verify my account. Just so you make an idea I lost 10 Euro just from topping 100 and withdrawing them.
