DHL'???s bezorging van mijn pakket is een absolute ramp. De track & trace meldde '???afgeleverd'?? '? ?n '???we hebben u gemist'?? tegelijk, met een spookhandtekening, geen briefje, en geen bezorger gezien. DHL'???s bezorgers zijn te lui om hun werk te doen en dumpen pakketten 1,4 km verderop bij een ServicePoint, waar ik het pas na 19:00 kan ophalen terwijl het om 17:00 sluit!Hun app is waardeloos, klantenservice een farce, en geen ServicePoint-telefoonnummer te vinden. Dit is geen bezorgservice, dit is klanten pesten. DHL'???s 1,3/5 score is volledig verdiend. Wat een schande.

I did my will today with legacy. I am single and divorced. Have a house in my name. And 1 child who's an adult. I want him to be my sole beneficiary and executor. Pretty straight forward. I was charged '? ?1000. After telling someone it's cost me a thousand pound to do my will they were shocked. So I need to get this cleared up asap After being advised to be covered from 3rd party claims, like an ex wife or ex girlfriend I was given 3 options. Pay '? ?1096 in 1 payment. Or 4 payments of '? ?274. Or 12 payments of '? ?91.33. I chose the 12 payment plan and paid '? ?100 deposit which apparently comes off the payment. Disgusting company and a con and a rip off. PLEASE DO NOT USE this cowboy company. Sent my phone in its original box a day after a new screen fitted. Offered ?20 with an explanation that battery was only 79% and screen was scratched. It was a brand mew screen with the film still on it. They returned phone not the box which is mine so thats THEFT. As soon as i say bad review they call asking me not to out a bad review on. A cowboy conning company who will now ne reported for theft of MY property.So please AVOID AT ALL COSTS Saw your reply. Your such a liar as took elsewhere and sod all wrong with it so like i say a lying cowboy company that cannot ne trusted that kept my box. A thieving company who i have reported to the Police. Please everybody AVOID

We hadden vliegtickets geboekt van Fes naar Amsterdam en kregen opeens te horen dat we maar 1 stuk handbagage mee mochten nemen, terwijl overal bij het boeken 2 stuks stonden. Volgens Trip ligt het aan een aanpassing van de luchtvaartmaatschappij, maar dit kan natuurlijk niet. Nu stonden we opeens voor extra kosten
