SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a one-time ?1 offer. However, I was unexpectedly charged ?899 without proper notice or consent. I reached out to your customer service but did not receive any response.Since I was already charged, I decided to use the app today. However, after cancelling the subscription to avoid future charges, certain features—such as converting—no longer work, even though your billing indicates that the ?899 payment should cover access until the first week of June.This is unacceptable. I request a full refund of the ?899, along with a clear explanation of why this happened.I expect a timely resolution.
