Making contact and arranging visits was excellent.Emergency gas check completed quickly by a very proficient gentleman.Repairs to boiler done 2 days later to excellent standard.Only point I would like to make is that, although I knew my contract had a ?60 excess I do feel that perhaps the way this sum is collected could be a little more flexible...maybe divided into two following bills?Not everyone has the extra ?60 at hand a day after an unexpected repair.

Although I paid in full for my bracelet at the time of ordering and sent an email querying its location when it hadn'???t arrived within 7 days, it wasn'???t until I accessed the Live Chat on the website 2 weeks from ordering that I was informed that the bracelet was out of stock. This should have been conveyed to me before placing the order. I won'???t buy from Bradford Exchange again as feel that I can'???t trust them to provide the items ordered and paid for.

Glynn hopkins Buckhurst Hill service department is absolutely disgraceful. Was advised my MG had a outstanding recall for the infotainment screen software update.. Booked car for service and mot and software update would be actioned at same time. Did not do software update, just unplugged the battery for over 1 hour, then informed me screen was faulty and needed to be replaced for ?1400! Screen now only loads with mg logo and goes blank. No diagnostic or responses to my communication or suggestion to send to MG for repair. Just expect me to hand over ?1400, so I am now in contact with motor ombudsman . AVOID COMPLETELY IF YOU CAN!
