It is the 6th and i'm complaining here

It is the 6th and i'm complaining here and as i'm locked out of my app being in the philippines at the moment where Future au doesn't work i have to complain here it's 2 months now they arbitrarily changed my advisor (of course without letting me know , no email no name nothing)so when i wrote to the old advisor i got no reply I found out after several complaints and inquiries. This new adviser for 2 months now has not replied to me at all !!I complained five times here, nothing!.this is the sixth time and nothing happens !!It is ridiculous ! A few days ago i got an email from my first ever advisor who took 7 months to reply to my emails and she only replied after many complaints telling me "what's your problem i was on holiday for 10 days" that was 7 months of no replying!!.. and now out of the blue i did not get any replies from this new advisor but from her!!! This despicable woman out of so many etoto employees had to write to me!!and she told me when you wrote he was a holiday that's why you don't get a reply! Same despicable excuse!as if" bad luck if you write one where on holiday will never reply to you "i don't know how people even dare say these things.She should have been fired long ago...she was terrible.And why is she replying to me and not this advisor?? supposedly he is stil my advisor..Although I repeatedly asked to have him changed ...AS HE NEVER REPLIESthis is quite unbelievable despicable on all levels2 MONTHS OF ETOTO FAILURES
