Fingers crossed - good holiday ahead

I've given the Travelodeal 4 stars in anticipation of the great holiday that we've now arranged with them!The processing of our details was a bit laborious (took well over an hour on the phone) but 'Kevin' was courteous and always apologising for the wait. I was certainly pleased that his command of the English language was good - unlike the first call handler I had the misfortune to talk to.Looking forward to our holiday experience through Travelodeal ??....

DPD Chaos

Pakket na vijf dagen pas aangekomen volgens DPD mailtje maar toen ik het de volgende dag ging halen bij pakketpunt cartridge service in Dordrecht was het nog niet uit de zakken met geleverde pakketten gehaald moest ik later maar terugkomen levering en afhaalpunt is '?'?n chaotisch gebeuren helaas.Medewerkers zijn wel vriendelijk
