Absolutely shambolic. By far the most unreliable broken broker out there. Connection issues at least once a day, paid platform is littered with bugs, crashes and has significant problems. The nerve to charge for a software that cannot function properly is disgusting. Execution delays, errors, duplication, missing order histories, stuck in trades with no access. Lose more money through the incompetence of the broker than actually trading. Have to get in touch every day regarding one problem or the other only to be met with a generic 'we are aware' response.
