Review of Halfords
Purchased a bike on the 4th September which was due on the 8th September with 'next working day delivery'. DHL had the parcel since the 5th and made no attempt to deliver it. No updates from either Halfords or DHL regarding delivery and the parcel has then been returned back to Halfords on the 12th September which I only found out on the tracking by checking myself, still nothing from either company to say the delivery wasn't going to be delivered. Halfords customer service about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. I advised the order was being returned by the courier so I required them to refund me and cancel the order. The helpful member of staff then said "Do you not want the order? You will need to wait for it to be delivered and then return it for a refund", clearly not listened to anything I had told her about the order being returned to them by the courier and is not due to be delivered to me anymore. Apparently this would be raised the the 'back office' and they would be in touch. As of the 17th still no response from the 'back office'. No sign of my refund or the bike I ordered 13 days ago.

R'?servation facile et paiement sur le site OK. Arriv'? sur place, impossible de trouver le parking, le lien GPS envoy'? nous localise au milieu d'une rue sans parking ' proximit'?. Demand'annulation impossible et idem pour le remboursement. Du stress au deoart pour trouver un autre parking libre, de l'argent "vol'?", et du temps perdu ' essayer de se faire rembourser. Inadmissible, non commer'?ant, du vol pur et simple

Review of DPD Pakketservice
Heb laatst een pakket besteld bij stockx. En volgens DPD zou die afgeleverd zijn in de ochtend. best raar... want ik had ochtenddienst, dus ik was niet thuis. Mijn buren waarmee ik goed contact heb, hebben niks binnen gehad. Ik neem vervolgens contact op met DPD die mij weer een formulier van niet ontvangst stuurt. Die moest ik invullen en naar de verzender sturen.... ondertussen krijg ik een melding van de verzender dat ze niks voor mij kunnen betekenen, omdat er is getekent en het zogenaamd is afgeleverd. Gelukkig stuurde ze een foto van de dag dat het is getekent + handtekening. De handtekening was een simpele krul wat eigenlijk niks voorsteld..... en dat noemen hun een handtekening. Dus waarschijnlijk heeft de bezorger hem voor mijn deur gegooid en is weggegaan. Want bij terugkomst van mijn werk. Stonden mijn 2 stoelen heel netjes tegen mijn voordeur aan. Terwijl ze normaal gesproken ingeklapt staan tegen de reeling van de galerij.
