Review of Payoneer
I’ve been a Payoneer user for over 3 years. I only used my account to receive payouts from Stripe and make personal online purchases using the Payoneer card — nothing unusual, nothing illegal, nothing outside of their Terms and Conditions.On June 11, 2025, my account was closed without warning. When I asked for the reason, I was told it was due to “unusual activity,” but no details were given — only a generic response saying they cannot provide information due to “regulatory restrictions.”In their public reply, they said:"We would only close a customer’s account if there is a valid reason for doing so."That’s exactly my point — I did everything correctly, and I have no idea what reason they’re referring to. If a reason exists, why not share it? How can I defend myself or correct anything if no information is ever given?They also claim to perform regular reviews to protect users — but in my case, this review resulted in a permanent ban without warning, without evidence, and without due process. That’s not how trust-based financial services should behave.If I truly violated something, I would accept it. But hiding behind “undisclosed reasons” after 3 years of clean use is not fair, not transparent, and not acceptable.I’m not asking for favors — I’m asking for fairness
