im super duper impressed with these guys, they remind you of early 00's era Amazon level of customer support before they offshored their reps to India. The app itself is great and usually there is no need to contact support but on that 1/1000 chance you do, they reply very fast with good info that is actually helpful.

Purchasing the apartment was effortless. The lodge manager is friendly and extremely efficient. The residents organise events regularly to which all are invited and which seem to be very successful. We could not have chosen a better place for our mother to live after she had to leave her home of many years.
