Review of Halfords

Go elsewhere, terrible service.

We purchased a car radio from Halfords specifically to use the service for fitting it. When we arrived at our appointment at the Mile end store they advised that it was an online error and we shouldn't have been able to book the appointment slot there as they don't provide that service and to contact the Charlton branch. We then reached out and they didn't provide it either, after checking around we finally got a call from someone who said the Chadwell heath branch could help and booked us in for 7pm today. After driving 40 minutes there, they advised the appointment wasn't on their system. Total waste of time, extremely unhelpful & difficult to book. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
