Angelina was amazing on Live Chat

I used the live chat to enquire about booking a last minute P&O cruise for the Norwegian Fjords. My partner works for the NHS and wanted to see if we can obtain additional discount.Angelina very patiently helped me with my questions and showed me the live availability of the cruise. As there was only one cabin left for the category I wanted, she advised for me to book now to avoid losing the cabin and email through the NHS ID photo, if P&O allows additional discount for this route, she will help with making a refund.I found Angelina to be very good at quickly grasping my question and provided reassuring answers.This gave me the comfort knowing there is someone available easily for quick Live Chat questions, I didn'???t wait for than a minute before connecting. Compared with P&O'???s direct website live chat, I'???ve been on hold for 20 mins with 60 people ahead of me in the queue.
