i have just started using this app and so far I really like the service customer service has been good. The app is excellent and you can also trade as well as save which I found a great addition. The fees are much cheaper than who I was using previously.
Review of Mene
Ordered a bracelet as a gift for Christmas. It was too big. I asked to be able to return it and the lady in the chat said yes I had 7 days to request the return. They sent me the return label. Then another lady emailed me and said they were going to charge the 10% buyback fee and the only thing they could do is give me credit. Terrible return policy. Mene responded. Yes that's their terrible return policy.
