I had a problem connecting my bank account, even though Plaid has already confirmed it. 21Crypto Support was contacted, and they stayed with me for a month while working to resolve the issue. To me, this is just unheard of, and I genuinely appreciate their support in correcting this issue. Never had such support from any internet-connected companies in the past. Just unbelievable...
