Was having issues with my withdrawal method, had a chat conversation with customer care, I was advised that if I needed the withdrawal urgently to use bank wire transfer which I am going to do, customer care was very helpful attentive when it came to my issue, hopefully my withdrawal gets proceed with no further issues.
