I wish I could leave 0 stars

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company took over 400 euros from me for a service never provided. They pretend they will reimburse you and they allow you to pay a premium (ticket with option to cancel) even 24 hours before the ferry departure but when you try to cancel they say you have to do it at least 48 hours before. The fact that they do not offer a refund even though you contact them before the ferry departure to let them know you want to cancel is just a terrible experience. The customer support - Amalia - is the worst support I'? ? ?ve ever seen in my life. Truly disappointing
