Help needed

I never got my order and there was no response to my email where I asked for help. I want my money back.I am rly disappointed and it looks like a real scam to me. Dont order here guys. I dont like to give a bad review but until there is no help, no response, I cant talk to anyone. Maybe someone will now react and help but I guess nothing will happen -.-Update:I am rly happy to read from you guys, so hopefully we can get the problem solved, if so I am more than pleased to change my bad review. Thank you.

Edit: Hi Elena,it seems there has been a problem at German customs. As soon as I hear from royal mail, hopefully today I shall get this resolved. Primo Water took over Crystal Water…

Primo Water took over Crystal Water service, and today is the first day. Logging in was a pain, but fine changed password as directed. Animated system cant find my account #, or phone number even though i am typing account off the screen i am looking at... bad start... NO CUSTOMER service available via phone, you cant talk to anyone, chat BOT - keeps direct you to main menu, no matter what you select. After taking over my account with Crystal - after 7 years of service all of a sudden they are slapping me with bottle deposit bill of $90.00 for 6 bottles? what kind of service is that, where is the deposit $ from the time i signed up? Cant even get a hold of anyone to CANCEL this service, been on hold for over 32 minutes. want out already... how is it that large companies take over and quality is horrid right from he start.

Bij inchecken op het vliegtuig Amsterdam Tallin is er geen andere mogelijkheid dan om de stoel tegen betaling te kiezen €21,34. Dit is een onaangename verassing die ik tegenkwam bij inchecken. Ben ik verplicht om voor de stoel te betalen tijdens inchecken? Volgens jullie voorwaarden garandeert trip.com “dat de prijs van uw vlucht niet meer verandert nadat de betaling is bevestigd”. Graag verheldering op deze extra kosten.
