Buggy Home-Grown Tools, But They Don't Care.

I agree, Siteground is fast. Their claim of simple tools is correct - with emphasis on "simple". As a Siteground customer for many years, I can't balance positives against the horribly buggy home-grown tools they are now forcing you to use. (I discovered them deleting important email and records, and when I discussed it with management, they don't care. Would not do anything about it. I doubt most customers realize that Siteground deletes really important records.) Tech support is great when you have a "typical" question, but it can take days to get an answer if you ask something complicated. I suppose the worst part is they force you into their stupid way, or too bad. If you report a bug, they blow it off. It was a good company, years ago, but I had to leave because babysitting Siteground started taking hours each week. At significant expense I moved to greener pastures. Faster web, smarter tools, way less babysitting, and my files don't disappear. Why did I ever stay at Siteground?
