Servers constantly crash and the manners of the support time are diabolical. One word answers and no apologies. Today I lost over $100 on a trade I was in profit on. The live chat wasted half an hour talking to Himansh who clearly didn have a clue. I will be seeking another broker and will keep spreading the word about my experience.
Review of Gardeningexpress
I placed an order for a ?75 worth of plants on the 2nd June. I received a confirmation email, but no further update. The status of my order remained 'processing'.After 2 weeks I still hadn't received my order, or any further communication so emailed customer services. I received a standard response stating that at peak times, dispatch can take 10-15 working days and that any order that falls out of this timeframe will automatically be picked up and dealt with. I waited a further week (now certainly out of the published timeframe) and had still not received my order or any further communication. I sent another email to customer services and received no response at all. Its now almost a full month since I placed this order and I suspect I am not likely to receive it. Even if I did, we are beyond the planting time for some of the things I ordered!I am now raising a dispute with my bank to try and recoup my loss.I cannot recommend this company at all. There are many other plant and gardening suppliers who are able to process orders during peak season in a timely fashion and with more regard to customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
