Review of SiteGround
I'm only rating this interaction a "3" because of how hard SiteGround made it to get to a chat. Knowledgebase is not a chat and unless I lie and say "That didn't work for me." (twice) the ability to chat would not present itself. The chat itself was spot on and SiteGround's support is among the best I've ever witnessed. Just know you'll have to jump through hoops and possibly be dishonest in order to receive support.
