After being told that withdrawals are "fast and seamless," I was caught in a weeks-long nightmare of delays and a constant back-and-forth with customer service. My requests were repeatedly rejected for unclear reasons, often with demands for new documents that were never mentioned before. It felt like a deliberate strategy to make withdrawing funds as difficult as possible. have experienced significant slippage on my trades, which has resulted in trades being executed at a different price than intended, leading to unexpected losses. This, combined with what felt like manipulated price action during volatile periods, has completely eroded my trust in the platform.
