If there was a zero star option that is what I would give. My first order was supposed to be delivered on 6/23, then moved to 6/24, then 6/25, then 6/26, now 6/27. It's impossible to speak with someone live! I waited 30 minutes on the phone and had to hang up as I work. I have placed a chat without anyone to respond! I will be canceling and reporting any charges on my cc to the bank.

I originally would have said three stars - but now it's a two star review.I received my first order and liked the set I got (just the standard hoodie and sweatpants). I inquired about exchanging for a better size for the hoodie and was disappointed there was no way to exchange - you can return, but then have to pay full price (I had the bundle discount) and pay again for shipping.Due to the inflexible customer service response on the exchange, I decided to cancel another pre-order I placed. On the website, the return policy states you have seven days to request a refund for a pre-order. So a couple days after my initial pre-order, I emailed to get a refund. I received an email response within an hour on the exchange question. However once I asked for my money back, crickets. It's been several days, no response. I went ahead and filed a dispute with the payment processor as this is feeling a bit sketchy.

I sent my iPhone which was in good condition I excepted a lower offer than was originally quoted when I enquired about selling the phone I still have not received any payment for this even though it stated payment would be in my account within 7 days or sooner. I do not like writing negative reviews but am very disappointed that I still have not received payment. I have sent emails and got standard replies about payments taking 3-7 days but nothing about when I will receive the payment?? Update to my review Lucy from UR rang today and in 15mins my payment had been transferred to me. Thank you so much for ringing me to sort this out very much appreciated.You are a star.

Best decision I ever made. Warmth, welcome and security in a friendly community, a bit like a mini village. So glad I no longer have to worry about maintenance - the roof, gutters,drains etc. I enjoy joining in with some activities in our communal lounge, such as coffee morning, yoga, fish and chips evening, film night and afternoon tea and cakes. Or I might take a book out to sit in our lovely garden. But I always appreciate returning to my comfortable flat for peace and quiet. Some of us are off to a music event tonight, and there's an evening meal at a local restaurant planned soon. Living my 70s to the full with my new 70s, 80s and 90s friends.
