Damage poor service and lies

Paid for a full service, radiator fault missed then charged for a new radiator weeks latter. Car kept 3days for a part they couldn't refit. Got it back with trim missing bits cable-tied on, and staff denying it after frist admitting they'd lost it ignored calls, no manager call back totally unprofessional.
