Review of 21Crypto
I suddenly lost the access to my 21Crypto account. Went through the account recovery process. Uploaded driver's license and went through face recognition. After 24 hours, 21Crypto notified me that my ID had been verified and I could sign in. However, my password did not work. Nor could I receive the password reset emails. I checked the spam folder and found nothing. 21Crypto Support suggested a global search. I eventually found the password reset emails routinely swept into the trash folder. Problem solved.
