There was conflicting information between tickets and information sent regarding opening/ starting times so I opened I chat query on the app. I was told by Jay on chat ticket on Jun 25, 2025, 18:33 UTC that '? ? ?Upon checking, the doors open of this event is 7:00 pm, the start of the event will be 1 hour after the doors open'? ? ?. We were not happy to arrive around 8pm at the venue to find out that GnR started at 7pm and we missed a whole hour of concert.Ticketmaster needs to be more consistent with the information available to ticket holders, emails sent and staff in chat line. We missed a third of the concert and considering tickets are not cheap it quite a lot. To some of my party it was their first concert and they were very disappointed.

I’ve been with SiteLock for over 4 years, and they’ve been unhelpful. My website was automatically disconfigured, and they didn’t assist me. I also couldn’t access backup files I was paying for, and when I finally managed to troubleshoot, they wanted an extra $60 per month for new backups.Now, I’ve been trying to cancel my service for a week. I've called every day, wasting an hour each time, only to wait without getting through. Avoid SiteLock—don’t waste your money!

Reclamo y me dicen que al no cancelar con tiempo, no me devuelven MI dinero, cuando no ha sido un problema m'?o y adem'?s casi pierdo el tren y lo que ello hubiese generado. Mijn vlucht van 18.20 werd opeens naar 22.30 gezet. Ik werd hier later over gebeld door een aardige meneer maar sprak een beetje gebrekkig Engels. Het was een awkward gesprek waarbij hij vroeg of ik ermee akkoord ging dat het later werd. Had niet veel keus dus ik zei ja. Daarna zei hij oke en bleef het heel lang stil? Duidelijkheid gevraagd maar er was verder niks te melden. Dus bedankt en opgehangen.
