Frustrating Experience with Payoneer Checkout Application Process

I am extremely frustrated with my experience using Payoneer and the lack of clear communication throughout the process. Here's a summary of what happened:I initially contacted Payoneer support to inquire about Payoneer Checkout. I was told that I would need a company incorporated in Hong Kong to qualify, which fortunately, I already had for my business. So, I proceeded to open a business account with Payoneer.After completing the registration, I reached out to support once more, and they confirmed that I met the requirements to use Payoneer Checkout. I then submitted the necessary documentation and waited for over a week with no response. When I called again, I was given vague excuses and no clear answers.Two weeks later, I contacted support again. At that point, I was told that I did indeed meet the criteria, but I had to "wait" further. Almost three weeks have passed, and I still have no update on the status of my application.This entire process has been incredibly frustrating. I asked upfront whether I qualified, provided all the requested documentation, and was assured that I was eligible. However, I’ve received no clear answers or responses since. Every time I request to be connected to a sales agent or someone from the merchant team, I’m met with random excuses or placed in an endless loop with no resolution.At this point, I’m left feeling deceived. The lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I have done everything asked of me, created the account, verified my business, and submitted all the required information, yet I’m left in limbo with no clear direction.This is an incredibly poor experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before relying on Payoneer for services they promise to offer.
