I bought a Jules 3 seater settee in green velvet 1 year ago. The seat cushion has sagged to my shape and although there is nothing structurally wrong with the technician who came to look at it has told me the foam used is soft and it will get worse. Furniture Village have refused to do anything and I was not informed it would lose shape. Do not buy this sofa
