Review of Solo Global Inc
I will never ever thrust Womply. This online platform with no phone number,practically no customer service is the worst to deal with.I made a mistake when filling my application for ppp and that mistake couldn't be corrected hence I had to get a loan based on wrong information. I send them more than 10 emails,and many messages through their flawed app but all the responses was "Sorry we are not able to open your application for your security ". I don't understand why they accept an application if they're not able to open and fix the problem or reject it when if it has wrong information. My mistake was that I entered the loss of revenue from Line 28 instead of gross income from Line 7 of my schedule C. Because of this , I will never thrust any online platform that provides customer service. All they care about is how to get more customers and get more money. It's Awful.
