in general when asking for support on the webchat, they are quite good answering the standard questions.when it comes to getting support for the serious issues such as the desktop platform disconnecting you consistently during trading, you don't get a resolution, they usually just respond is this issue still happening? and when you respond YES they expect you to do the testing for them.the system itself is unstable and has a few noticeable issues such as crashes and sometimes you get some prices displayed on the time of sale that are from specific exchanges which do not get reflected on the chart.
