Thomas was very good at explaining the very rare issue I had. When transferring my crypto through eth network to my trust wallet the default trust wallet uses is BNB smartchain. Because trust wallets new beta version of a "swift" wallet has not created a eth network my crypto was frozen on a white sheet through etherscan which is a publicly accesed knowledge based site of transactions placed. Because of this beta wallet not having a eth network avail I have no choice but to wait until it is created and only then will I be able to recover my coin. I was told it may be months or years for this to happen. Point of this stort trust wallets new beta swift wallet is trash. I was also notified the wallet in question does not have a traditional private key. This wallet uses your device as the key in other words if I were to break or lose my device I lose the key and trust wallet will not have a spare. Finally came the bill which considering my rare situation of not being able to recover my coin Thomas kept to his commitment of no charging me a cent and only asked as a favor to write a review. The man also gave me additional adice such as recommended exchanges, wallets, cold storage and a detailed conclusion of my situation. He always had my saftey in mind as to not be shown and passwords or private security acess and was very honest about his business in helping those who are still figuring out the digital complexities of crypto and was very prodessional in his advice to be blunt and direct holding a very real and trusting interaction.
