Review of Payoneer
I am writing to express deep dissatisfaction regarding my experience with Payoneer’s support system. I submitted a manual review request for my declined application (Customer ID: 95141106) on May 2nd, and as of today (June 6th), I have not received any human response. Only automated replies have been sent—none addressing the actual issue or explaining why my account was declined.I checked all inboxes, spam, and trash. I am a verified freelancer/business owner and am fully prepared to submit required documents. However, I’ve received zero updates despite clearly requesting escalation and review.This level of service is highly unprofessional, especially from a platform trusted by global businesses and freelancers. I request Payoneer to urgently review my case and provide a proper resolution, or I will be forced to move to alternative services.Extremely disappointing experience.
