Annie Green at VWFS was great to deal with, polite, informative and responsive if we had any queries. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and we would definitely use the service again. One criticism, not keen on all the white Rent a car advertising on the rear of the car (which you would expect on a van), cheapens the experience and invites attention, particularly if there are people out there who, for whatever reason, don't like Stoke. My brother's car was once vandalised because he had a Stoke City sticker in his window!
