I had no idea that VWFS did car rental, but I found out with a google search after I was let down by my regular rental co.The transaction from start to finish could not have been easier. One quick confirmation and nothing else. I even rang in to check everything was ok as it seemed too simple to be true! I have rented may vehicles using the usual local companies, and almost every time there has been an issue. So this was very refreshing indeed.The customer service from Stuart was second to none. I had an injury which prevented me from picking the car up on the day, so Stuart arranged delivery to my home at a time that suited me. This is not the standard offering, but at that point in time he had drivers available, and helped me out. This was way beyond going the extra mile and was much appreciated at a difficult time.Another major plus was that the vehicle I chose online was the vehicle I got, with no '? ? ?or equivalent'? ? ? disclaimer. Next time I need to rent a vehicle this will be my first port of call, no question.
