I needed to convert GRT to USDC quickly to take advantage of a huge spike in the coin but I didn't have the ETH to make it happen. I saw a box to "claim ETH" and clicked it and sent the Trusted coin Team an email, not knowing that they would provide the ETH I needed to make the transaction.
