They have really poor customer service!!! I had been using their platform for 3 years without issue, then suddenly I was unable to deposit funds in my account via any source. After opening 3 tickets and more than 17hrs on the phone and working resolving the issue. finally one of the support reps indicated that they had seen that their was an issue with the way my name was written on my account as opposed to my DL and bank account. This had not been an issue for 3 years, but now was. The moral of the story is that their systems do not indicate what the actual issue is when something is failing, and their reps are clearly very poorly trained as to how to find what the issue is, so I burned more than 17 hours of my time while they fumbled around like a blind man on a hunting trip.
trezorx wallet is fine for purchasing and sending Crypto, that is when their site is working. Right now they will not let me withdraw cash, that I received from selling bitcoin, and refuse to tell me what's going on, other than they are working in it. It's been 48 hours and I still am not allowed to get my money out. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
