I subscribed to TopPDF yesterday and that I would only be charged 1 PHP. However, to my surprise, I was charged 899 PHP today without any prior notice or clear consent. This feels deceptive and seems like a classic case of clickbait. When I reached out to request a refund or even a partial reimbursement, their response was simply to cancel my subscription or delete my account—without offering any proper explanation or resolution. This experience was deeply disappointing and unfair.
