Customer service mayaswell be bots all they do is copy paste the same respone and close your case to get out of doing any work and actually checking with the advertisers if the guidelines are met. Customer service refused to reward me for my purchase and closed the conversation without giving me any explanation besides an automated response that didnt answer my questions. I completed the requirements for an offer that required me to make a 2nd purchase, I know I did it right because the 1st purchase reward was given to me without issue and I did nothing differnt.Edit: wow another BS excuse the requirements were definitely met. I did exactly what the offer said I know this because its an offer that can be repeated 3 times and I got credit for the first time but not 2nd.
