I found use of the site was pretty easy/straight forward. But the stickers are pretty disappointing. The color isn't dark enough on the glitter background - so all you see is the glitter, unless you hold it right by your face. I was expecting a proof - to be able to see it before they charged and shipped. I wish I'd save the money as I am too embarrassed to hand out the stickers I ordered.
