Charged $7000 for the first time and a day later terminated my account and they said they will hold the money 90-180 days to verify , what ?.You can call Amex , they have verified and you can call customer in 2 minutes, 180 days ? Call to customer service is another joke , They have one idiot answer the phone after a long hold and keep repeating, unfortunately unfortunately The supervisor does not even dare to come and answer They need to have a law suit on their ass .Please do yourself a favor and don’t risk your business and credibility on these idiots .
