Here's a message from their support team: "l checked your account and after a comprehensive review of your account, we have determined that we are still unable to process payments for your business. Our decision to deactivate your account is final. We understand that it can be frustrating to have your account deactivated. However, due to security concerns and the obligations of our agreements with card networks and other financial institutions, we cannot provide additional details."
