The whole thing was a joke. They had me fill out personal information. And all kinds of other forms then they cut off all contact. They never helped in any way. It was just a big scam to get personal information. Because of this I will never trust the government or big business again. I wish I hadn't fallen for it to begin with. It's just like this review it will be buried. No one will ever see it. Thank you for screwing me over. People like them will always take advantage of the less fortunate.
