So therefore I cannot give you a 5* - And you writing a response to it and not allowing me to comment isn't good either. Get a phone support button on your website - employ more people and support your customers.But you still haven't solved my problem, after 3 days! Its 7.30pm here and I am in work and can't use your call your option, so it is not open to worldwide customers. So because of your lack of support, I ended up having to pay for someone on fiver. We have migrated the emails, however, although my emails are on your server now ( $20 down) they are not coming into my outlook. Seems the lack of understanding seems to be a worldwide pandemic! And whilst I understand you say you have supported me, only by me having to type away endlessly, it seems posting publicly seems to get someone's attention. I'd rather have a phone conversation and we can resolve the issues though! I have no emails!!!
