I am extremely disappointed with the poor and unprofessional customer service I'?€™ve received. I'?€™ve been paying a premium for their services, only to experience some of the worst support imaginable. The silver lining is that, fortunately, we now have the ability to switch to a different provider. After nearly a year of using their services, I received an email stating that my MySQL database had exceeded its limit. The issue is that this was never made clear when I signed up'?€”such limitations were carefully hidden from view. Given the amount of content and posts on my website, it'?€™s not a simple task to reduce the database size. The only option they offered was to upgrade my plan from $17/month to $100/month, which is unreasonable for a small business. As a result, I'?€™ve decided to transfer my website to Rocket.com, which offers unlimited MySQL databases for just $30/month, and they provide top-tier service, unlike SiteGround. Unfortunately, SiteGround only seems to care about extracting money from customers while providing a subpar service experience. As a result, they've now lost two accounts from me.I would strongly advise being cautious when dealing with them. They hide important information and make it difficult to understand the full scope of their limitations. If you can avoid them, I highly recommend doing so to save yourself time, money, and frustration. Unfortunately, I wasted far too much time trying to resolve this issue. Stay away!
