While the website uptime is usually great, if you need help, customer service hidden behind a brick wall and a stupid AI chat bot that rehashes the same answer to every question you give it.I was working on a websites with them that was taken down for malware. I removed the reported infected files, paid for and did site scans, but still the report persists (with "0 infected files"). I can't get through to a human agent, and it's been several days despite the AI dumbot telling me 24-48 hours before it's checked on.If you want a more comprehensive scan? More money. Not included with the basic scan you pay for.If you want "expert" customer service? More money.But mind you, the price for Siteground services has gone up tremendously over the years, including for domain names. So I'm looking to switch services now.
