Nameserver can't be updated on site ground. It says "nameserver is invalid" but it isn't because it worked for a dozen of my other domain names, exactly the same name server pointing to my VPS.Reached out to support repeatedly over the last week and all I get is "we have expedited this and will email you when you have an update", not to mention the fact it's costing me hundreds of pounds per day, nobody is willing to simply pick up the phone and find out what is happening.Ridiculous service. Avoid at all costs.Response to their reply:It's not really good enough, is it? It's worked with every other domain I own registered elsewhere including one other domain registered with you.In any case I have no transferred out all domains. The update to the name servers with a ho we transferred it to works flawlessly and our websites are all fully functional again.
