Shipito is always so easy to deal with. I haven't had a problem yet. Communication is clear, I am kept up to date with where my items are and at what stage they are in. My packages have always arrived safely and packaged as requested. I love all the options they give you for packaging/unpackaging and collating. Love this service and have recommended it to friends.
