I made a purchase on Poshmark using the assisted purchase service. Aside from the high fees, I'? ? ?ve been waiting for almost a month, only to find out that the sale was cancelled by Poshmark. I was never proactively informed'? ? ?I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates.It took over two weeks just to receive confirmation of the cancellation. Now, my money is stuck in my balance, and I'? ? ?ve been waiting another two weeks for a refund, with no progress. The first request was just closed without any comment and the second one is still "in progress" even though I asked the support multiple times. Also, multiple fees are subtracted from the refund (if it ever gets through) it seems.While the helpdesk responds quickly, the replies are always the same: that they will forward the issue to the responsible department'? ? ?yet nothing ever happens after that. I will not use this service again.
